Quick Update

I've organised with my PT to do a stocktake at the end of January - that is get out the tape measure and the scales and get some measurable stats on the impact of gymming since 7 Sept 2010.

It's made me wake up a bit. i have lost a few kilos and some inches too, but nothing dramatic. I'm not really looking for dramatic or instant results - it's just I'd like to have lost a bit more by now.

So I've decided I'm just stuffing around a bit too much with the food thing. Time to strip out the things I think I can eat but don't really belong in a weight loss regimen. Even if I do an hour of gym a day I don't need to recoup the calories burned - I have plenty in storage. I need to make sure I'm not telling myself that I don't need to cut back so much because of the exercise I'm doing. I just need to be a bit stricter with it all.

That's about it really. It's a bit gross and muggy in Melbourne today which I hate. I just don't handle summer well - curse of the fat girl who swelters through summer.
